As others have said, they're devoured by most species. My only adverse comment is, if they are used in an open sided feeder with holes or mesh, then they start to turn slimy on the outer edge of the feeder as soon as there is the lightest of showers. They are more suitable if the feeder is under an overhang or roofed structure to keep the rain off. Croston Corn Mill - Thanks for your review Eric! We can recommend the Johnston & Jeff Hanging basket if the traditional suet pellet feeders are unfortunately not working for you.
Been using these for many Years. They are very good quality and very very popular with all our Birds. We have just tried both Wild Berry with Mealworm mixed together. I am sure they are much appreciated by the numerous visitors we have.
The birds queue up for these, while I'm putting them out! Absolutely no waste - they soon disappear.
Many different birds love these suet pellets - I've seen a big increase in the number and type of birds visiting my feeder since I've been offering them. Only downside - they are increasingly out of stock. So please try something else! Croston Corn Mill - Thank you for your review & glad you are happy with the suet pellets! Unfortunately our supplier was experiencing manufacturing issues earlier in the year due to the Covid Pandemic - all of which have now been resolved.
The level of consumption of these pellets is offensive - everybody appears to devour them. It may be the holy grail of bird food.
