Due to national restrictions being escalated in France and all but essential shops having to close there are a few key points we are asking you to follow to ensure the safe and fastest delivey of your parcel:

  • Ensure someone is present at the delivery address OR clear 'leave safe' instructions are issued
  • A French contact number (mobile number preferable) and valid email address are stated when placing your order so DPD & Chronopost can keep you updated on your parcels journey and estimated arrival date/time
  • Track your parcel using the DPD/Chronopost app - any issues once the parcel has arrived in France please call Chronopost customer helpline on 969 391 391 (leave safe instructions can also be stated by calling this number if access to the internet or app is not available)

Unfortunately if your parcel cannot be delivered it will be redirected to the nearest pick up parcel shop for you to collect but as all but essential shops are now closed this may be further away than usual.
