I cant check-out!! - ERROR MESSAGE at checkout

If your trying to  Proceed To Checkout  and an ERROR MESSAGE pops up stating:

'We're unable to process your order at this time, please contact us'  

It might be that your order only contains 'Add-on' items. Please refer to the information on the following link before contacting us -

Why only 28kg per box?

DPD drivers will carry a weight of 30kg maximum per box - the cardboard boxes we ship our items in weigh over 1kg (plus any additional packaging we need to use) SO the maximum product weight you can put in a box is set to 28kg.


I can't log into my account?

We have changed our website provider and your encrypted password could not be transferred. To update your password click here. A new password will be sent to your email address with a link back to our website. You can then change it to something more memorable. Alternatively contact us and we will gladly do this for you.


How do I change my password?

Click on 'Your Account' at the top of the web page (use MENU on a mobile device) and then 'Click here to edit your account details' above your previous orders history
